Yoga

Yoga is an agreeable body’s holiday. Classes are offered Monday and Wednesday in the morning and evening. The intention of the classes is to guide participants into the present moment—both on the mat and off the mat. I have been teaching for over 40 years and continue to work in joy with any age, health condition, or previous yoga experience. Participants gain an understanding of the body temple within a field of gravity and develop an increased awareness of energy, breath, and fluidity of movement. Beginners are always welcomed. I invite you to try a yoga experience. Classes are kept small in the room—especially within this COVID time. I also work with Zoom so that you can live afar—anywhere be anyplace and attend one of these classes.

Once a month, I offer a Restorative Yoga Class also called a Healing Retreat in the room or on Zoom.

Qigong

Energy exercise Description: PAN GU Mystical Qigong (sun and moon qi gong) that helps increase energy within the body with simple to learn movements Tai Chi Tao Yin—also an energy exercise that contributes to greater health Donna Edens Energy Exercise Routine which is another way to recalibrate when we feel off.

Mindfulness Meditation

Vipassana or Insight Meditation, also called Mindfulness. I incorporate mindfulness and energy exercise within most of my yoga classes. Mindfulness is one of my most essential practices to help work with individuals and assist them in navigating the challenging times in life with equanimity—wider perceptual lenses and compassion.

Reiki I, II, III

Classes to become more comfortable using energy for the healing of oneself and others. There is also a Reiki Master class to help you with attunements and guiding others in Reiki. I am currently leading a group of 8 to heal people The group is called Koala Heals and it meets on Thursday nights at 7:30 EST.
